Our top priority at Ark Global Innovations is the safety of all our riders. We conduct extensive testing to ensure all products meet and where possible, exceed all global industry and regulatory standards for each geography our products are sold in.

Ark Global Innovations are committed to providing consumers with the best product experience and continuously reviews product designs. We will proactively contact customers who have registered purchases with us if we become aware of any product issues that may impact the usage or safety of our products.

Standard Warranty

Travel System - Hard Goods

Your Ark item is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase from your retailer.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with original proof of purchase. This proof of purchase must be retained.

The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. The warranty is subject to the conditions set by each country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. Ark will not ship replacement parts out of the original country of purchase.

Ark will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined appropriate by the company. Ark reserves the right to exchange the items with replacement parts or units. Some parts maybe replaced with newer designs as the model parts may have been improved over time.

Please note that a repair issue will not be covered under the warranty if:

  • The issue is caused by misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to the user guide for item use and maintenance.
  • Damage is caused by improper use of parts or installation, including use of items that have not been confirmed by Ark Global Innovations to be compatible with the travel system.
  • Damage is corrosion, mould or rust caused by poor maintenance or care of the product.
  • Damage is due to wear and tear of the product either from excessive use, lack of maintenance or lack of following the manufacturers guidelines.
  • Repairs or modifications were carried out by a third party.
  • Item was purchased from an unauthorised retailer. The list of authorised retailers are listed on our website arkpushchairs.com.
  • Item is second hand.
  • Item is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.

Travel System - Soft Goods

Your Ark item is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase from your retailer.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with original proof of purchase. This proof of purchase must be retained.

The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. The warranty is subject to the conditions set by each country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. Ark will not ship replacement parts out of the original country of purchase.

  • Item is second hand
  • Item is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.

Extended Warranty

For the complimentary extra warranty Ark (as manufacturer) warrants consumers that the product shall be free from material and manufacturing defects and warrants a normal functioning under normal conditions, according to user manuals and technical specifications for an extra year after the standard warranty period. All warranty claims must be submitted with a proof of purchase.

The manufacturer’s warranty applies only in the region (USA and Canada or Europe or Russia or Australia or New Zealand or Asia) in which the product was purchased.

The warranty may consist of:

  • Repair sets that can be easily used by the consumer or the retailer
  • Replacement parts

Ark will only provide parts and service sets that have been thoroughly tested and can easily be assembled with or without instructions.

Ark will only replace like for like. Nevertheless, Ark reserves the right to discontinue a model, colour, fabric or accessory, and therefore will replace the consumer, during the warranty period with an equivalent product, colour or fabric.

Any replacement will not give the right for the warranty period to be extended

Ark does not cover under warranty any defects if the Ark product has been purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.

Replacement product does not extend the warranty.

The complimentary extra warranty on your Ark product is only to be claimed by consumers that have fully registered their Ark product  online.

What is covered by the complimentary extra warranty?

The warranty is applicable on all Ark pushchairs sets sold after 1st of April 2019. The complimentary extra warranty covers the following:

  • All manufacturing faults on the chassis, seat frames, plastic seat parts, and wheels

What is not covered by the complimentary extra warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
  • Incorrect assembly or the installation of a third party part or accessory not compatible with the original design
  • Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
  • Improper storage/care of the product
  • Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of normal handling and daily use
  • If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller
  • When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
  • If a repair or modification has been carried out by an unauthorised party or if the product has been dismantled with no authorisation from Ark
  • Airline/Transport damage: check carefully your Ark product after it has been handled by the airline (or other transporters) and submit the claim directly to them
  • Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the fit, weight, functionality, colour or style
  • If the serial number has been damaged or removed

Ark reserves the right to change the conditions of the complimentary extra warranty at any time.
