Paying By Card
Paying By PayPal
We support payment via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website to pay whilst you use our checkout. Please ensure you return to our website once you have paid within PayPal to get your order confirmation.
Declined card payments
If you are trying to make an order on our website and find that your card is declined, firstly check your information closely and re-try. If this does not work and a new attempt to pay is decline this could be for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Details: The card type, number, expiry date or security code were incorrect or the billing address does not match the card number.
- Credit Limit Reached: There may be a credit limit on your account and this has blocked payment.
- New Card: Your card maybe brand new and not currently activated.
- Unusual Characters: Make sure that your card number doesn’t include dashes or spaces, ensure you do not use any dots within your postcode.
- Suspicious Activity: Your card company may have stopped your card for security purposes.
Once you have placed an order we will update you with the following communications:
- Order Acknowledgment: You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed an order, If you don’t receive an order acknowledgement please check the email hasn’t been landed into your spam folder or contact us.
- Order Dispatched: Once your order leaves our warehouse we will email you with further details to track your order.
- Postal / Carrier Updates: We will supply all tracking numbers to you and you will receive a notification from our carrier of further updates on the arrival of your order where possible.
